We store all the information about domains that we gather for you which includes any notes you create for yourself - but these remain private. All the information that's taken goes into a database which we keep in a secured location on a standalone server, and all your information can only be accessed by yourself.

We withhold the right to email you for any reason pertinent to this website unless you specifically opt-out using your account preferences page, or during sign-up. This includes the email reminder service along with other system messages such as down-time alerts or other service-level emails. So if you sign out of receiving emails from this site... you won't get any emails from us at all!

You are within your rights to request a full copy of all the information we hold about your account, please feel free to contact us to obtain this information. However, just to reassure you again - all you'll get is everything you can see for yourself once you are logged in! :)

We may collect certain statistical information about you which is shared by your web browser when you visit the site. This information is non-traceable to you as an individual.

Cookies are used on this website to help us identify you during a "session" of activity. This cookie information that is stored contains no personal information and is removed each time your web browser is closed. This website also allows you to use cookies in order to "remember me" upon a re-visit which will save only your email address to your computer and not your password. Therefore, nobody will be able to use your cookie to directly log into your account. Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time and this process will remove all information you have entered into the system. If you signed up to receive further mailings from LevelPurple, we reserve the right to continue to mail that email address with information from and about LevelPurple only - until an unsubscribe request is made to us. This is very simple, there is a link on every email we send out confirming the email address you signed up with, and a link to remove yourself from further mailings.
